Biography
“The most important thing I can do for a client isn’t in the courtroom, it’s in that very first conversation.”
That’s something I learned early in my career, and it’s guided every case I’ve taken on since.
Too many attorneys treat clients like case numbers, rushing to file paperwork and push toward a quick settlement without ever really understanding what that person is going through.
I take a different approach. When someone walks into Silver Law, the first thing I do is listen. I want to know what happened, how it’s affecting their daily life, what’s keeping them up at night, and what they need most right now. Because when you truly understand a client’s situation, not just the legal facts, but the human reality, you can fight for an outcome that actually changes their life for the better.
Strong Ties To The Community
Miami isn’t just where I practice. It’s home.
I grew up in South Florida, spent my weekends on Biscayne Bay, and attended the University of Miami for my undergraduate degree before earning my law degree at Florida International University College of Law.
During law school, I clerked at a prominent personal injury firm in downtown Miami, where I saw firsthand the devastating toll that serious accidents take on working families. The mounting medical bills, the lost income, the fear of not knowing how they’d provide for their loved ones.
Those struggles hit close to home for me, too.
I’ve watched family members deal with the aftermath of a serious car accident on I-95, and I’ve seen close friends face financial ruin after a workplace injury left them unable to work for months.
Those experiences, combined with over a decade of fighting for injured clients across South Florida, are what drive me to pour everything I have into every single case.
Building Silver Law was always about more than just practicing law. I wanted to create a firm that treats people the way I’d want my own family to be treated. Every attorney and staff member here shares that commitment.
That’s why we answer every call, respond to every message, and keep our clients informed at every stage. We’re not just trying to win cases. We’re trying to make a real difference when people need it most.
When I’m not at the firm, you’ll find me coaching my daughter’s soccer team, fishing the Keys with my son, or volunteering with local organizations that support Miami’s underserved communities.
My goal for every client is simple: when their case is resolved, I want them to feel like they can move forward with confidence, knowing someone truly fought for them.
